Returns & Exchanges

Made-to-order pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges. As these garments are created specifically for your order, we cannot accept return or exchange requests due to a change of mind, fit preference, or personal styling choices.

Alterations

We understand the importance of a comfortable fit. Alterations may be offered where feasible for eligible garments. Please contact us with your order details and alteration requirements so our team can assess your request.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly after delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue so our team can review your concern and assist you with an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

As made-to-order pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges, refunds are generally not available for these orders, except where required by applicable law or approved by Vedangi Agarwal after reviewing the circumstances.

If a refund is approved, we will notify you and process it through the original payment method, where possible. The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider.
